Duloxetine is manufactured by and marketed by the Eli Lilly& company
in the United States under the brand Cymbalta. Cymbalta is mostly a
60mg serotonin-nor epinephrine reuptake inhibitor. This drug is

disorder, pain related to diabetic neuropathy and for stress urinary
incontinence. Duloxetine was created by Lilly researchers with David
Robertson, David Wong, a co-discoverer of fluoxetine. The company
got its patent right for manufacturing Cymbalta in 1986.
Duloxetine is recommended for depression approved by US Food and
Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA also recommended "routine blood
pressure monitoring" at the new highest recommended dose of 120 mg.

the level goes higher than 60mg. studies revealed that Duloxetine
does not cause QTc interval prolongation. Duloxetine was approved by
the FDA for depression and diabetic neuropathy in 2004. In 2007
Health Canada approved Duloxetine for the treatment of depression,

anxiety disorder, stress urinary incontinence and painful peripheral
